At Impress Sandwiches we recognise our responsibility to help minimise the potential for causing harm to the environment and implement 'green policies' wherever we can.

Suppliers and Ingredients

In our business we promote mutually beneficial relationships with all of our nominated suppliers and the local community. We promote British food and do our best to use locally sourced products to reduce the travel emissions produced by food distribution. Packaging

We understand the growing necessity to reduce waste and recycle, which is why the vast majority of our packaging is 100% biodegradable and made with recyclable materials.

Transport and Commuting

We ensured that our new fleet of delivery vans is compliant with the new Low Emission Zone standards from January 2012 to help deliver cleaner air for Londoners.

In addition to that, we carefully plan our delivery routes to reduce road miles. We also aim to recruit locally and encourage our staff to walk or use public transport to commute to work.

Waste Management

We recycle plastic, paper and ink cartridges used in the office and in the factory and encourage our staff to recycle their waste at home.
